WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

Unlike the name suggests, this is a sneaky one! Don’t push too hard on the run in those early rounds, otherwise it’ll bite you on the ass – HARD! Today’s focus is on the shoulder to overheads.

The goal in today’s workout is consistency. You want to be aiming for the same time every round which means, you’ll need to start slower than you think you do. That’s not to say you can just take it easy. Open season is upon us, which means, this is your last chance to get some last minute gains in.

There’s no stopping in each round, and you’re looking to go all out on the shoulder to overhead. Write down what score you got for each round and see how you perform. Remember, keep tight on your form as no reps will cost you dearly.
