WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
Don’t get left behind in this workout – attack it! After a couple of “lighter” days, you should be feeling ready to attack.
3:00 is a good amount of rest, so you should be able to maintain the bike and TTB pretty well. Aim not to push the bike so that you constantly have to catch your breath for 15-20 seconds after it.
Pace it so you can hold big sets of TTB. The goal for today is building gymnastic volume while cardio is hitting you up. Concentrate on your grip and form to help you stay consistent.
