Today’s workout is a nice little variation on Karen. By the end of this metcon, your legs are going to feel like jelly – maybe avoid stairs tomorrow.

There’s no room for any rest, and this will really push your mind game. As you hit the run hard, the wall balls need to stay unbroken as much as possible. To be able to do this, you’re going to need to push through the pain cave. There really isn’t anywhere to hide in this workout. It will find holes in your game (that’s if you have any of course!).
