WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

If you want to get the most out of your workout, it’s a good idea to break those sets into smaller, more manageable chunks. For example, instead of doing all 21 thrusters in one go, try doing sets of 7 or 11. And for pull-ups, consider breaking them into sets of 3 or 5.

Thrusters can be tough, so don’t wait until you’re completely wiped out. Start breaking them up early to avoid hitting that point of muscle failure. Remember to use your legs and hips efficiently during thrusters so you don’t tire out your upper body before the pull-ups.

Now, when it comes to pull-ups, you’ve got options. If you’re comfortable with kipping, go for it! It’ll help save some energy. But if strict pull-ups are more your thing, be careful not to burn yourself out too soon. If you find pull-ups getting tough, take shorter breaks between smaller sets.
