WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
Warm-up (10 minutes): V-ups to engage your core, devil’s press combines pulling and pressing, and step-ups build leg explosiveness.
Stimulus: Grip and Gymnastic work
Strategy: Break toes-to-bar early to avoid fatigue. Maintain steady pacing on devil’s press and box jumps.
- Devil’s Press- On the Devil’s Press, it’s all about leverage. Drop down to the ground and perform your burpee, and then drive those dumbbells in between the legs to create a good action to drive overhead.
- Toes to Bar– Aim for bigger sets here, knowing you can shake your arms out on the box jump overs.
