Double unders, demanding after the run, require a steady rhythm, moderate jumps, and relaxed wrists. If you struggle, opt for single unders, ensuring efficiency.

The 15 burpees can be exhausting, especially post-run. To stay consistent, break them into smaller sets, like 5 or 6, with brief rests.

Efficient pacing and smart strategies will help you conquer this workout effectively.
