30 Minute EMOM
Min 1: 3 Power Snatch @70% of 1RM
Min 2: 8-10 Burpees
Min 3: 30-40 Double Unders

Trying to improve your Dubs? Then this workout is for you. 30 minutes is a long time but broken up with burpees and snatches, it will massively help
will to increase your volume capacity.

To win this workout, aim for smooth sit-ups and quick transitions to the burpees while taking extra breaths before getting back to the floor. As a quick tip, when you do get back to the snatches, count to 3 as you’re taking the extra breaths in, and then go. This will help you not completely stop, thereby wasting precious time.
