Just when you think you got out, they pull you back in! 23.2 might feel like a distant memory, or if, like me, you’ve buried the thought of running deep down so that you never have to see a shuttle run again – well, I have some bad news for you. Running is back.

Make sure to put on your go-fast shoes and make use of the different stimuli for today’s workout. If it’s sunny outside, make sure you make the most of it and soak up that vitamin D!

There’s no strategy for this workout, just find a friend or a cool podcast and find a run pace where you can hold a conversation at the same time.
