So, muscle ups are on the menu. But don’t let the number 8 per round scare you off. We’re going to break these down into bitesize chunks. Think about sets of 2 or 3 reps.Â
Now, onto those box jump overs. It’s all about finding that sweet rhythm. Don’t go all out like you’re sprinting at the beginning of a marathon. Aim for a pace that’s comfortable but consistent. You can either jump over that box like a gazelle or take a more chill step-over approach. Your call.
Ah, GHD sit-ups. They sound worse than they actually are. With 24 reps in the plan, let’s think about how to break them down. How about sets of 8 or 12?Â
