1 Round of DT
20 Calorie Bike
1 Round of DT
10 Calorie Bike

Load: 155/105lbs
1 Rounds of DT= 12 Deadlifts, 9 hang power cleans, 6 push jerks

WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

Warm-up (10 minutes): Most of the warmup will be warming up for DT. Hit some good mornings with the barbell, and some elbow punches to make sure the front rack feels good. From there, hit some primer rounds to make sure the bike pace feels good.

Stimulus: Aerobic power output mixed with barbell work

Strategy: DT usually allows for some risk-taking on the intensity of the cycle speed. With the biking that we have performed in between the workouts. you will want to make sure DT cycles well, so you can output on the bike as it gets shorter.

  • DT Strategy– Make sure the DT complex is a weight that allows you to either go unbroken if you can, or a Dt style break, hitting 11 deadlifts, rest, 1 deadlift into 8 HPC, rest, and 1 HPC into your 6 push jerks.
