WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
This is a great workout to practice one of CrossFit’s biggest nemesis – Double Unders! I recommend giving your forearms a proper warm up and move through the double under and hang snatch movement before starting the workout. You want to be picking a pace that will give you a sprint intensity but not redlining off the floor after 3 minutes. The trick is to be consistently breathing through every rep. Similar to how you would on the rower.
