WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

800m Run:
Start with a moderate pace on the first 800m run, focusing on maintaining a steady rhythm. Avoid going all-out, as you have a lot of work to do afterward.

50 Toes-to-Bar (TTB):
Break these up strategically from the beginning. Toes-to-bar can quickly fatigue your grip and core.

Consider sets of 10 or 15 reps with short rest intervals. The goal is to minimize your time spent hanging on the bar and avoid burning out early.

50 Kipping Handstand Push-Ups (HSPU):
Break this movement into manageable sets. Kipping HSPU can be technically challenging and fatiguing.

Aim for sets of 5-10 reps, depending on your skill level and strength. Ensure you maintain good kipping form to save energy.

800m Run:
After completing the TTB and HSPU, take a moment to shake out your arms and legs before starting the second 800m run. Push the pace, you only have 800m left to go.
