Happy Halloween! CrossFit can be terrifying, but workouts don’t have to be. However, if you think the 666 is the devil’s number, you’ve not spent enough time on the assault bike.
This workout might be unlucky for some, but once you get into the swing of it, you’ll find today is super fun.
The key to today’s workout is cycling through the snatches and getting a good hook grip on the bar. Your grip will take a beating once you’ve gone through a couple of rounds, particularly on the bar muscle ups and double unders. So plan beforehand where you could use your legs to take more of the load and increase your grip capacity.
