WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

The goal here is to stay UB on the thrusters and then move steady throughout the C2B. Don’t come out too hot – you’ve got 2 rounds of this in total. It’s all too easy to go full send but when the rest is 1:1, you’ll be back on the bar before you know.

Before starting this workout, make sure you’ve worked out how you’re going to break the reps up at the start and see if you can hold those big sets and keep breathing throughout. If you find yourself holding your breath, you’re making it a thousand times harder! You should be breathing with every rep.

The objective of the workout is intensity. You want to see how far you can push and recover well. Record your times for each sets – they should be pretty much the same. Go for a negative split if you’re feeling really narly.

Thrusters! Love em or hate em, you won’t get far in CrossFit without embracing them!
