WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
Nice little open style workout today to get the legs pumpin’. While The Open is still many months away, it’s still a great idea to keep practicing this style of workout.
The goal is to keep moving throughout the AMRAP. At no point should you be resting anywhere, and the aim is to practice establishing a pace you can hold without stopping.
You might find this workout annoying at first, but once you get settled in, you just might find out how much you love it.
