WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

Just wow. As the CrossFit Games closes for another year, legends have been made, and new stories have been forged. Overall this week, rookies have dominated, stealing the show from veterans. Is it time for a change of the guard? Or do the likes of Fikowski, Vellner, Sagar and the likes have more to show?

Saying that, a huge congratulations to winners Tia Clare Toomey, and Justin Medeiros for taking the Fittest on Earth. We love you.

This will be our penultimate Games Special workout, as we’ll give you a little treat from today’s workout tomorrow. But first, here’s a nice spicy number to give a go.

The goal of this workout is to test your recovery skills. Aim to go hard on each round whilst achieving the same time. Pick a wall ball height that is higher than normal, and whip through those snatch reps. 3 minutes is a long time for a rest period – make sure you take the whole rest so that you can give yourself the best possible chance to push it.
