WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
Seems simple enough, right? Sometimes the best workouts are.
As we close in on the Open, it’s time to power through some couplets and build your capacity. The power cleans should feel heavy, and expect to take them on in singles. Again, the focus is to keep moving and at no point have your hand on your knees all red in the face.
The aim is to take on the wall walks as quickly as possible. As the reps increase, they should start to feel hard. Trust me, by the end of this workout, it should be sucking – that’s the cue that you’re doing it right.
