I know – it’s September. The Open might feel like a way off, but you know how life can be, and before you know it, the 2023 Open will be knocking on your door. Now, the last thing you want to be doing is going, “I wish I worked on X movement or got better at my cardio”, or so on and so on.

I get it. It’s so easy to do! I’ve been there. That’s why I’ll be sprinkling some Open style workouts from now until next year. Today is the first one.

No strategy with today’s workout – you’ll have to fend for yourself. BUT, let us know how you get on. Did your strategy go to plan? Did you find areas you need to work out? Let us know!
