Unlike the name suggests, this is a sneaky one! Don’t push too hard on the run in those early rounds, otherwise it’ll bite you on the ass – HARD!
The goal in today’s workout is consistency. You want to be aiming for the same time every round which means, you’ll need to start slower than you think you do.
There’s no stopping in each round, and you’re looking to complete the front squats unbroken. Enjoy!
