Hip Driver

10:00 AMRAP Ascending Ladder
3 Hang Power Snatch @75lbs/55lbs

(6,6,9,9,12,12 + etc…)

WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

For some, this workout will be a breeze, but for many, this is going to be a killer. Couplets of this nature are not uncommon for qualifiers, so this is a great test to see how your gymnastics volume and barbell capacity are doing. 

This particular combination is going to target the forearms. When looking at the pacing, go slower than you think, watch your grip and break up reps where necessary. To win this workout, you can’t stop moving. You have to keep going as much as possible (and consistently). Great practice, for sure!
