With minimal equipment requirement, this is a great workout to get your sweat on. Each round is only 2 minutes 30 long, so there’s no room for error. It’s GO time.

Today, we’re testing your ability to recover and get straight back on the horse. To measure success, record the number of reps you do on the bar-facing burpees and see if you can hold the same number each round.
