Pay attention to establishing a strong rhythm without compromising form, adjusting damper settings for optimal resistance, and regulating breathing throughout the drive and recovery phases.Minute 2 introduces a Legless Rope Climb, requiring deliberate and controlled movements. Prioritize a strong initial pull, engage your lats and core, and strategically involve your legs for support. Descend the rope with control, and if needed, modify with partial leg involvement or a scalable variation. In Minute 3, transition swiftly to a 15/12 Cal C2 Bike, maintaining a steady pace and balancing effort between arms and legs.
