4 Rounds for Time
50 Double Unders
20 Cal Airbike
20 TTB

WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

For some, you may find this workout taxing, so before going head first into this workout, establish what rep scheme you can comfortably hold on the TTB. The idea of this workout is to be consistent, keep moving and not get gassed out. This combination of movements will make you want to stop and catch your breath.

In training your TTB, you always want to aim for the best technique possible so that when it comes to the competition floor, and you become super fatigued, you can default to an efficient movement pattern.

After each round, take note of what time you did. Every workout that you do needs to be intentional as opposed to just going in and competing all the time.
