If you’re anything like us, the blues are hitting in HARD. It’s only been a second since the Games have come to a close, and we miss it so much already. With that, here’s the last of our CrossFit Games Special, and we’re finishing BIG with the 2022 finale.
Just like the Games, you must hit the row pace hard to hit under the time cap. You’ll feel a bit fatigued after you off the rower, but that’s the test so you can expect it. The next challenge will be to watch your grip on the barbell as the C2B will smoke you. Place it smart and break it up as much as you need to.
