Warning! Don’t underestimate the small sets here. Both movements have a lot of time under tension, keeping your heart rate up from 3.2.1 GO. Use your transition to get a little bit of air and try to hit the chunk of work unbroken.
Find a wall walk pace to start with and hang on. Your shoulders will be burning by the end of this workout, so make sure to find places to shake off that tension.
