I hope you’ve got your bend and snap down, as you’re going to need it for this workout?!

The combination of the wall balls, toes to bar, and bar facing burpees will be putting a lot of volume onto your hip flexors. As you get towards the end, they’re most likely going to start fatiguing. 

To win at this workout, you need to think about how you can be breaking it up, and allow you to keep moving. The combination of the total compound movements will make the last few reps really suck. Aim to do small set early and make the ending plain sailing.
