WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
Warmup (7-10 minutes): We’re going to run a little hot today. Start with a bike or a row to get the heart rate up. From there, hit some good mornings, and some box jumps to prep the body to move aggressively in the burpee and power snatch.Â
Stimulus: Aerobic power output and burpee durability.
Strategy:Set a consistent pace from the start. These workouts are really easy to come out to hot and flame out. Keep burpees smooth, focusing on efficiency, and aim for unbroken snatches.
- Hang Power Snatch- Use the bounce technique as much as you can here. Keep your chest high and drive that bar right back overhead.
- Burpees– Use a chest-first burpee approach to save time and energy on your press. Remember you can get over the bar any way, including a step over.Â
