WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

Today’s workout is nice and simple. It’s time to sweat.

The goal for today is to work on your pacing and hold a steady time. Today is not for PRs. Choose a pace that feels challenging, and aim to hold it even when the shuffle runs will be elevating your heart rate.
