WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
Warm-up (10 minutes): Ues some calf rasies and squat jumps to warm up both the burpees and the power snatches. Hit some snatch balances and overhead squats to finish out warming up the overhead.
Stimulus:Â CP Battery workÂ
Strategy: Keep each round around 90-120 seconds. Aim to stay consistent across rounds, with a sustainable but challenging pace on the row. Snatches should be singles but quickly to allow you to stay steady everywhere else.
- Power Snatch- Set back and drive leg into the floor before you pull the bar off the floor. Make sure you stand tall to full hip and knee extension.Â
- Bar-facing Burpees – Stay low to the ground. A 2-foot takeoff is not required, so try to turn into the air and hop down chest first.Â
