This is a workout that needs to be done at a repeatable pace. So be smart – start “slow”.
When practicing your pacing, it will always feel very slow at the start, and as you work your way through the reps, it’ll become apparent how challenging it really is to hold onto the movements for 20 minutes.
In this workout, everything will compound, making your life super hard.
Practice pacing, and hold your form.
