WODprep Strategy Top Tips
This may look like a short chunk of work, but it will compound fast. Watch out.
You are only 50% of the way through at 2nd BMU in the round of 8, so don’t come out too hot. This workout is designed to push your more advanced skills and see how you do under fatigue. Your shoulders should be burning, but you shouldn’t be too gassed.
Breathing is the secret to winning this workout, plus shaking your arms out in each set. In your transition, aim to keep moving; otherwise, you’ll lose out on valuable time.
If you are doing this, and you can not do BMU, then do banded to mimic the stimulus.
