Whilst this workout looks like it’s going to be short and sweet – that is not today’s stimulus. From this workout, you want to be developing your gymnastic volume so that when you do competitions or qualifiers, your gymnastics will stay strong.
Break the strict handstand press-ups early and remain consistent. The air bike will attack your lung, making it harder to go upside down, so aim to get as many breathes in whilst you’re doing the transition.
