Inspired by the Open quarterfinals, this workout will be a shock to many of you. 50 GHD sit-ups in one go is a lot. 8 rope climbs in one go is also A LOT. If you’ve listened to our latest podcast, we talk about how Bozman has challenged the CrossFit community by asking, “Can you do a skilled movement AND be able to do it at a high volume?”.
Well, that’s today’s focus. Before starting this workout, take the time on how you’re going to play this workout. For example, how many sets are you going to break up the GHDs so that you still have a core left for the ropes climbs? Your midline will be taking a hit, so use both your arms and your legs to carry you through the climbs.
