Ready to get your cardio on? 15 minutes is a long time, and it’s all too easy to get gassed out if you come out of the gates too quickly. There’s no “break” in this workout, so your engine is going to be worked, and your ability to consistently breathe throughout will be truly tested.
On the DB walking lunges, look to go unbroken or break them up into 2 or 3 sets so that you can keep moving. Last thing you want is stopping, trying to catch your breath.
This is the last workout of the year, so as they say “LAST SET, BEST SET!” – Let’s go!
