Are you open ready? Open season is getting ever closer, and now is the time to see what progress you’ve made this year, and if you’ve got any holes in your game that needs sorting.

Starting off with this back breaker of a number. With a little play on the classic girl’s benchmark workout, Diane, swapping the HSPU for Wall Walks and changing the rep scheme is a great way to teach your volume capacity.

Work out how you want to break your reps as you start to hit the bigger numbers. Remember, its always better to just keep moving.
