Reckon you’ve got what it takes to survive this taxing grip workout?
No matter where you are in CrossFit, this workout is design to test your gymnastics and squat snatches. Grip is the main factor here, so play it smart. Use the transitions to breathe, and finish a rep scheme on your TTB that you can maintain. If you’ve been following us for a while, you’ll know that consistency is key.
The idea of this workout is to push you and see where your limits are at. The Open is just around the corner now and you don’t want to be going into it, head first into surprises.
That being said, this is not a competition. You’re not looking to be redlining at any point, but just to see how far you’ve improved over the past few months.
At the end of the workout, you should feel super fatigued and come away with an idea on how much grip/gymnastic volume you can do.
