It might be a Monday, but it’s time to brush off those weekend cobwebs and get straight into testing your strength numbers. Let’s see what PRs are waiting for you!

The Other Total comes straight from the open, so if you did them when they first came out at the start of the year (2022), check out what scores you did originally – the goal is to beat them.

To complete this workout, you must do them in the order listed, and once you start the next movement, you can not go back.

Our top tip is to warm up your OHS and bench press a little before you start the clock. You don’t want to waste time when the clock goes “3, 2, 1 – go!”.
