WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

20 minutes is a long time. Be ready. If you go out too hot in the workout, this is going to suck. 6 minutes in, and you’ll wish you never started it.

A good score will be to consistently hit under 2 minutes per round. That’s 10 rounds in total. Set up an EMOM clock and a countdown to go off every 2 minutes. That way, you will have some kind of mechanism helping you to stay accountable to a pace.

To maintain a consistent pace, you must work out a strategy. I recommend solid breathing a keeping your rows to 29 rpm. Then, on the TTB break them up into 2 sets of 2, unless your TTB feel pretty solid, then go unbroken.

Finally, at unbroken on the cleans to finish. You may feel a little gassed after the cleans, but ain’t to get your breath back on the row, ready to hit it hard again.
