WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
It might be 25 minutes, but watch out for that 1 minute rest after every round. It’ll feel much more like interval training. You’re looking to hit a pace where you’ll be breathing heavily at the start of the minute but feel back to “normal” as you hit the next “round”.
The goal isn’t to be redlining each interval but staying consistent and form with every rep. Watch out on the bar facing burpees. Your core will be fried, and those burpees will fatigue you pretty quickly. Aim to split them into reps of 5.
