15 Min AMRAP:

10 Deadlifts @ 185/125 lbs
15 Pull-Ups
20 Box Jumps 24/20″

 

WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

Warm-up (5-7  minutes): Start with some box stepovers and good mornings to get the legs going. From there, spend some time at the bar with some Kip swings and some butterfly or C-Kip practice 

Stimulus: Pace Work and Deadlift efficiency under increasing loads and fatigue. 

Strategy: Break pull-ups early if needed to avoid burnout. Focus on smooth, controlled box jumps to conserve energy. Pace deadlifts to avoid early grip fatigue and transition smoothly into pull-ups.

  • Box Jumps- Focus on using arms to rise up and save the legs. Stand tall all the way, and alternate feet as you step down. 
  • Deadlift- Focus on bracing in your setup as you put your hands on the bar. After that, Make sure you drive through your feet. to help keep your body engaged.
