Who said they need lots of equipment to have a good workout?! This certainly proves otherwise.

For many athletes, 27 kipping handstand push-ups will be high volume. When combined with the kettlebell, your arms will be under fatigue further. The plan of attack will very much depend on your ability.

If you’re looking at those numbers, and it seems like a lot, pick a rep range you can consistently hit and keep moving. If you think you are able to go unbroken, use this as a great test of your progress. Push yourself and see what you can achieve.
