In a 4:00 window, complete a round of:

5 Power Cleans
10 Bar Facing Burpees
5 Power Cleans

x7 round

Choose a weight you can cycle UB with intensity (roughly 60-65% of your max Clean)

Hello sprints! I hope you’ve had enough glucose today as you’re going to need it. Today’s workout is short, sharp, and fast and the best part, you’re going to keep coming back for more.

The focus of today’s effort is power output, whilst putting a spring in your step. Your legs are going to quickly fatigue, but with anything it’s practice. We are working at 100% effort and our ability to recover and repeat it (power endurance).

To finish this workout in the best possible time, you want to be hitting the bar facing burpees at a sprint pace, and staying consistent through the barbell cycling. If you start making loud and random noises, then you know you’re hitting the workout bang on.
