In 10 minutes:
Establish a 5RM deadlift for the day.
Does not need to max effort, just a heavy 5 rep for the day.
Then:
6 rds for time
200m Run
12 Deadlifts @60% of your 5RM

Today, we’re going back into another high turnover workout. We are looking to keep the runs as fast as possible while going unbroken on the Deadlift. UB DL is key for an ideal time here. So treat this workout as UB DL is the way it’s written.
Make sure you take plenty of time warming up your hamstrings and mobilizing your glutes.
