12 V-ups
9 Burpees

WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

Warmup (7-10 minutes): We’re going to be moving at some hotter paces today. Start with a bike warmup, and hit a hollow hold to get the midline activated. Then hit some faster-paced burpees with a larger chunk of rest. Some pacing intervals will be helpful here to find a bike pace that is aggressive yet somewhat sustainable. 

Stimulus:
Anaerobic power repeatability 

Strategy: The bike today should be a challenging pace, but should take no longer than a minute. The V-ups should be about 30 seconds, and the burpees should be 45 seconds. 

  • Bike Calories– Get the bike up to pace quickly, this will get the fan spinning, and allow you to quickly settle in to your working pace. 

  • Burpees– Use a chest-first burpee approach to save time and energy on your press.
