16 High Box Jump Overs
20 Med Ball Sit Up @20lbs/14lbs

50ft Dual DB Front Rack Lunge @ 50lbs/35lbs

 

WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

As the weather is heating up, so is the competition! Tia Clare is back, at the top of the leaderboard, whilst Ricky Gerard is maintaining his position, but with his last workout placing him 28th, will it last?

Today’s workout comes straight from the CrossFit Games North Park, focusing on those high box jumps. So unless you’re Patrick Vellner, take the high box jumps one at a time. You want it to be a challenge.

There are 3 rounds, so don’t go out hot; take it steady, and then hit it hard on the final front rack lunges. You want your legs to be burning.
