WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

This workout might look okay, but it’s got a bite. The stimulus has been designed to work your ability to recover quickly. So, each round is intense, but you’ve got to give the same intensity for each one – the goal is to stay consistent.

Take the first two rounds a touch slower to ensure that you’ve got some gas left in the tank for the last round. If you try to blitz the lat row, the box step-ups will be much harder. So get the row and keep the transitions quick.
