Qualifier Madness

In 10:00 establish a Heavy Snatch + Hang Snatch (1+1)

@the 15:00 mark (using 70% of snatch)

10 Power Snatches
30 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Power Snatches

WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

This workout is fast. Real fast.

Try not to over pace the first set of power snatches – aim to keep them nice and steady. The snatches should be heavy enough that you can not touch and go but light enough to do fast singles.

In order to not gas out and find yourself staring at the bar, you can regulate the intensity of the workout during the burpees. You should be breathing heavy, but before you know it, it’ll be over.
