This workout has shoulder fatigue written all over it. There’s nothing like getting a pump on with minimal equipment and minimal movements.
Keep the dumbbell work in big chunks. The aim of the workout is to go unbroken. If that’s not possible, break up the reps early and keep your rests short. You don’t want to be stopping. The goal is to keep moving at all costs.
