WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
Warm-up (5-7 minutes): We’ll ease the body into dynamic work. The jog gets blood flowing, while good mornings and inchworms ensure your posterior chain and shoulders are prepped.
Stimulus: Mixed Aerobic Power work Â
Strategy: Keep each round around 90-120 seconds. Aim to stay consistent across rounds, with a sustainable but challenging pace on the row.
- Power Snatches – Pull yourself down into your starting position, squeezing your feet into the floor. Keep your eyeline engaged with something in front of you, to keep your pull steady and everything engaged. This should be a weight that you can cycle for all 4 reps, but maybe some smart singles can come into play later on.Â
- Bar Facing burpee – Stay low to the ground and make sure to chest makes contact with the ground before the hips do.Â
