@no more than 65% of your 1RM

You want to keep the C&J work under :90 each round, so choose weight accordingly

WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

As we head towards the end of the year, this is a great time to do some reflection. Now, this might not be for everyone, but if you’re like me and love to get stuck into a good workout for some “reflection” “me time”, then with 6 rounds of running – this might just be for you.

It’s a sick workout; if you’re just as excited as I am, then you’re in for a great session.

Let’s load up on carbs the night before and pre-workout – feel pumped! The deadlifts at the start are just a “warm-up” for the main event.
There are no top tips today. Feel confident in what you’ve been practicing over the past few weeks and trust in your ability. Go in with a positive mindset and know that your technique is on point.

Remember, as yourself this one question to help you get into the reflection mindset; “what’s the one thing you’re most proud of this year?”. Don’t forget to write it down when you’re dying on the floor. Use chalk just to mess with coach too. They’ll love it!
